In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of energy healing through the wisdom of the elements - earth, fire, water, and air, while staying rooted in mindfulness. This is a practical, embodied approach designed to help you reconnect with your own system, regulate your energy, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
You’ll be guided through simple, effective techniques you can use on yourself to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate deeper awareness of both your energetic and physical bodies. Each element offers a unique pathway into healing your body and energy field, giving you tools you can return to again and again.
This work is gentle, intuitive, and accessible - no prior experience needed. Whether you’re looking to feel more grounded, clear, or connected, this workshop will give you a foundation you can build on in your daily life.
